Loaded Flexibility Essentials is an all in one strength based flexibility course developed by Physiotherapist, Yoga and Movement teacher Oliver Crossley.
In it you will learn strength based flexibility drills that build your range of motion and strength in end ranges of motion. It also provides you with guidance on how to choose different exercises and fit them into your training/practice.

Who is this course for?
Anyone looking to improve their flexibility and strength. Whilst some of the exercises in this course are more advanced and suited to people with long term resistance or yoga/movement training experience, nearly all of the exercises are scalable to meet the capacity of each individual.
How long will it take?
This depends on the training goals of each individual, as there are a large number of exercise videos but not everyone will be necessary to watch and practice at once. But within 10-15 minutes of purchasing the course and watching the guidance and key exercise videos suited to your training goals, you can be implementing them with confidence.
