About your Facilitator ~
Mollie is the owner & founder of Jala Yoga, a Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher with over 1000+ hours of training in her field. She is also an iRest Yoga Nidra (level 2) Facilitator, Massage Therapist and Counsellor in training.
She specialises in teaching Yoga for Trauma and Mental Health, working with all walks of life in a private context including those on the NDIS program, as well as those post-incarceration, in chronic pain, DV and sexual abuse survivors, children & young people in protective custody, and those with medical trauma.
She is passionate about making Yoga work for the individual to empower them with tools they need to access the parts of themselves that are indestructible.

Who is this course for?
Beginners : This is perfect for those starting their journey with Yoga, Meditation and working on their Mental Health. The way the course is designed is to provide as much support in establishing a self practice, and a tool belt of tangible tools to call on.
Yoga Practitioners & Teachers : This course provides numerous tools you can add into your practice and teaching that will provide an added layer of awareness as to how you can add Neuroscience based techniques and Yoga Therapy into your existing Yoga practice and classes.

How long will it take?
We estimate that this course will take around 10-12 hours to complete, however you have the opportunity to jump around the course to pick and choose practices that you find help.
You can come back to this course at any point via your member portal.
Each of the physical practices are around 30 minutes each. The Guided Meditations vary between 5-35 minutes.

Section 1 : The Golden Tool
This part focusses on providing you with the Golden Tool to call on when you need to down-regulate your Nervous System. This section includes :

This section explores how and why Anxiety arises. It provides tools & practices to essentially hack into the Anxiety process on a neural and chemical level, and build resiliency in your Nervous System. It includes :

Section 3 : Self Nurture
