Retreat to the Motherland ~ India Retreat

30 October - 15 November 2025

Join Mollie and the Jala Yoga India team on an unforgettable adventure through the country she calls ‘home.’ Having lived, worked, and traveled across India annually (sometimes twice a year) for nearly a decade, Mollie knows this land intimately—its rhythms, its hidden gems, and the safest ways to experience its beauty.

Having spent years running tours, you’ll travel with confidence, guided by Mollie and her trusted local friends, teachers, and community who make up Jala Yoga’s India branch. This isn’t just another retreat—it’s an authentic, deeply immersive experience, crafted with love, care, and a decade of local knowledge.

Why Travel with Jala Yoga India?
✔ Safety & Expertise – Travel with someone who knows India inside and out, ensuring a smooth, secure, and enriching experience.
✔ A Local’s Perspective – Meet Mollie’s friends, teachers, and favorite places for a truly authentic experience.
✔ Cultural & Spiritual Immersion – Learn the best food on the menu to order, speak Hindi, practice Yoga with Mollie’s teacher, and explore the real, breathtaking India beyond the tourist trail.

"I had the absolute privilege of travelling to India with Mollie this year on retreat. Mollie allows you to experience India in a safe but authentic way. Having previously lived and travelled extensively in India, her knowledge, the places she takes you to and the people you will meet give you a well-rounded experience of this incredible place whilst also feeling safe and supported. I went on this trip during my 2nd trimester of pregnancy and was so at ease and comfortable the whole time."

A participant testimonial about the 2019 India Tour.

"Mollie and Jala Yoga facilitated my retreat to Goa, India in 2019. Both my eyes and heart were opened to the rich culture and experiences that India has to offer. I had an experience of a lifetime and even today I recall with fondness the time I spent in Mollie's care as she shared with me, her spiritual home.
If you are considering a retreat, course or lesson with Jala Yoga, then take the next step as you will be for ever grateful for having doing so."
