Are you looking to smoothly transition from trainee to teacher now that you've completed your Jala Yoga® 350hr Teacher Training? Continue your journey of education and professional development with our unique Yoga Internship, offering mentorship in a supportive and professional environment.

This mentorship program provides you with the opportunity to work one-on-one with Mollie, delving deeper into your self-practice and the art of teaching Yoga.

Consider this program as an invaluable investment in your teaching career, and it's even a tax write-off! Mollie offers personalised guidance, breaking down all aspects of teaching in a private setting. She focuses on building your confidence, enhancing your business skills, and expanding your teaching toolkit.

Mollie recognises the importance of mentoring, supervision, and structured guidance within the Yoga teaching community in the West. She dedicates countless hours to her own personal and professional growth as a teacher, ensuring she can better serve her students.

Through this program, you'll have the opportunity to conduct Yoga research review and continue develope your teaching skills by assisting and hosting in the Jala Yoga® Mysore room, as well as teaching privately.

We are dedicated to cultivating a communityof professional, authentic, evidence-based, and Trauma-Informed Yoga Teachers.

Who this Program is for:

  • Exclusively for graduates of the Jala Yoga® 350 hr Yoga Teacher Training who would like assistance integrating what they have learnt, and finding direction in starting a business (or fine-tuning their existing business)
  • Jala Yoga® Graduates wanting to develop skills that will aid in Trauma Informed teaching, or meeting specific demographics of interest
  • Jala Yoga® Graduates with specific interests in a particular topic or demographic such as mental health, chronic medical conditions (i.e. chronic pain, fibromyalgia) and are motivated in conducting research project and present case studies/summaries to the Jala YTT + community
  • Jala Yoga® Graduates who are committed to ongoing learning and professional development in a setting that enables freedom and flexibility
  •  Jala Yoga® Graduates wanting help navigating Yoga and business. (i.e finding your niche based on your skill set, learning to speak to them, then serving them well!)

  •  Jala Yoga® Graduates wanting to develop and gain confidence in specific areas of their teaching (i.e. Cueing, Adjustments, Sequencing etc.) 

  •  Jala Yoga® Graduates wanting to develop their Self Practice, and movement tools outside of Yoga Asana that will aid in longevity within their career (and practice!)

What's included?

  • 1 x one hour / monthly 1:1 session with Mollie tailored entirely to your learning goals (10 sessions in total - online or in person)
  • Continual professional development through assisting/hosting Mysore practice on the Jala Yoga® 350 hr YTT and the attending the lectures for 1 full year of the 350 hr YTT
  • Opportunity to present your research findings & business/ concept to the Jala Yoga® 350hr YTT Cohort as way to build your referral network, and position yourself as an expert in your area of specialisation
  • Ongoing business mentoring with Mollie throughout the 10 month period (and beyond)
  • Potential teaching opportunity / client contracts - working 1:1 with Jala Yoga® clients 
  • Access to the Jala Yoga® Online Professional Development Courses: Research Literacy for the Yoga Teacher, and the 50hr Trauma Informed Yoga course
