Mollie works in a 1:1 setting, and specialises in Yoga for Trauma & Mental Health, as well as Injury or Surgery recovery. She takes referrals from health professionals such as GP's, Specialists, Psychologists & Physiotherapists.
M A S S A G E
Mollie doubles as a Massage Therapist & Body Worker ( of 13 years) and specialises in Hot Stone Massage combined with Deep Tissue, Cupping, Relaxation, Aromatherapy and Lymphatic Massage Therapy.

Mollie & her team offer various Online Programs designed for both teachers & practitioners who want to build more of an awareness around the Therapeutics of Yoga and how to effectively & safely practice from home.
