With 16 years of experience, Mollie is a Massage Therapist who takes a trauma-informed approach to working with the body and nervous system. She specialises in Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Aromatherapy, and Lymphatic Massage Therapy techniques. Mollie incorporates Yoga-based movement, meditation & breath practices if useful & appropriate.

Mollie is an accredited Counsellor offering a person-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach, specialising in grief & loss, disability and chronic pain, trauma, and mindfulness-based interventions for holistic healing and support.

STUDY WITH US
Our 350-hour Trauma-Informed Teacher Training is Jala Yoga's main course offering, equipping Yoga Teachers to work alongside Allied Health Clinicians.
Mollie also provides tailored 1:1 mentoring & supervision for existing teachers and healthcare clinicians in delivering mindfulness-based interventions.
