Private Sessions 

Mollie works 1:1, or with small private groups to understand what pulls them to practice Yoga,
and meets them where they are at. 

Mollie operates in a Yoga Therapy context, and specialises in Yoga for Mental Health, as well as Injury or Surgery recovery. She takes referrals from health professionals such as GP's, Specialists, Psychologists & Physiotherapists etc.

She runs sessions from her Treehouse Yoga Space in Currumbin Valley.

Who would benefit from a Private Class

  • Those brand new to Yoga who would like to learn the foundations in a 1:1 setting to ensure they are starting in a way that serves their bodies + minds
  • Regular practitioners who would like to dive deeper into the Philosophy, Pranayama etc. that isn’t always available in a general class setting

  • Mama's to be or who have just given birth, that feel more comfortable and safe in their bodies in a one-to-one setting. Mollie is a qualified Pre + Post Natal Teacher
  • Practitioners with health concerns / injuries or recovering from surgery, who are looking to re-enter their practice with awareness + need support

  • Those coming with a referral from a Psychologist, Physiotherapist, GP or other Health Professional
