Work with Mollie in a private setting to build your practice and base knowledge of Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama (breath) in preparation to undertake the Jala Yoga 350hr YTT.Â
This Bridging Course is perfect for those who are new to Yoga, or those who want to be as prepared as possible for the YTT.
These 3-6 month programs are available in person and/ or online.

Flexible Learning
You will have access to online modules, and can choose dates for your live sessions with Mollie that work in with your schedule and needs.

Tailored Guidance
Work with Mollie to build your own base knowledge of Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama prior to starting the 350hr YTT. Mollie will tailor the content to suit your education level, prior experience and unique learning style.

Credits Honoured
Gain credits towards your 350hr YTT upon completion of the Bridging Course, and be a step ahead of course work before it even starts!Â
