This program for those brand new to Yoga, and may be experiencing mental health complaints, chronic health conditions or any other experience preventing them from going to a general class in a Yoga studio.
Mollie is able to shape these programs to your unique needs, desires, and healthcare plan, while working alongside your healthcare team if you wish.
These 3-6 month programs are available in person and/ or online.

Tailored Guidance
Work with Mollie to build your own way of practicing Yoga that suits your capacity, needs, desires and goals. She is able to support you with many approaches to Yoga, including Adaptive Yoga for Disabilities, Chair Yoga, Yoga Therapy for Chronic Health conditions, Restorative & Yin Yoga, Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga, Pre and Postnatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Laughter Yoga (the list goes on).

Flexible Learning
You will have access to online modules to support your learning, and can choose dates for your live sessions with Mollie that work in with your schedule and needs.

Bonus Physiotherapy Session
Upon enrolling in the Mentorship Program, you are able to book in for a complimentary Physiotherapy assessment with Mollie's colleague Oliver Crossley. This allows Mollie to work effectively and safely with your body according to your needs and recommendations from a Physiotherapist.

Chronic Health & Invisible Illness'
Those who are experiencing a chronic health condition (ie. Fibromyalgia, MS, Rheumatoid Arthritis, CFS, POTS, Crohn's Disease, COPD etc.)
Mollie works alongside your healthcare team collaboratively, and adapts your Yoga practice to suit your energy levels, and your physical and mental health needs. Mollie takes a trauma informed, therapeutic approach to building your home practice with you, for you.

Mental Health
Those who have been struggling with their mental health, and are working alongside a Counsellor, Psychologist and/ or Psychiatrist.
Mollie works alongside your mental healthcare team collaboratively, in a trauma informed manner to support you in building tools to manage your symptoms, and foster resilience through Yoga & Mindfulness based practices.

Pre & Postnatal
Those who are pregnant, or post-pregnancy that crave a little more 1-to-1 support than group classes can offer.
Mollie works collaboratively with your healthcare team to support your preparation for/ recovery of pregnancy. She has extensive experience with women experiencing complications during their pregnancy, or who are struggling with fertility, or pregnancy loss.
