Private Sessions 

 Mollie works in a 1:1 setting, and specialises in Yoga Therapy for trauma & mental health, as well as chronic pain and health conditions.
She takes referrals from health professionals such as GP's, Specialists, Psychologists & Physiotherapists and works collaboratively with her clients Allied Healthcare team to support them to achieve their health goals. She works with those on the NDIS program and has facilities for Service Dogs to attend if needed.

Who would benefit from a Private Class

  • Those in need of tools & resources to support their mental health journey, delivered in a way that is trauma informed 
  • Those brand new to Yoga who would like to learn the foundations in a 1:1 setting to ensure they are starting in a way that serves their bodies + minds
  • Mama's to be or who have just given birth, that feel more comfortable and safe in their bodies in a one-to-one setting. Mollie is a qualified Pre + Post Natal Teacher
  • Those with health conditions/ injuries or recovering from surgery, who are looking to add Yoga to their life, or re-enter their practice with adequate support
  • Those coming with a referral from a Psychologist, Physiotherapist, GP or other Health Professional

  • Those on the NDIS program with Community Access funding
