Mollie specialises in supporting neurodivergent adults (16+) navigating grief, loss, anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions & the neurodivergent lived experience. Her approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and grounded in AuDHD lived experience and evidence-based practice.

Mollie is a registered counsellor, yoga therapist, and current Somatic Experiencing student based on the Gold Coast. She offers neuro-affirming counselling for adults and neurodivergent folk - including autistic adults and those with ADHD.

As an AuDHD practitioner herself, Mollie brings both clinical training and lived experience to her counselling work.

She takes a whole-person perspective, exploring the mind-body connection and its influence on wellbeing. She believes you are the expert in your own experience and works alongside you.

Mollie draws from evidence-based modalities including:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Her work is also informed by her current Somatic Experiencing training and Neuroscience & Mental Health Graduate Certificate, Yoga therapy, polyvagal theory & self-compassion focussed practice.

She collaborates closely with her clients' allied healthcare teams, because collaborative care matters when it comes to working with the whole person.

Mollie practices in person from Palm Beach Wellness Studio and via telehealth — available nationally and internationally.
