Jala Yoga 350hr Teacher Training Cancellation Policy 

A. CANCELLATION DURING COOLING OFF PERIOD 

Once you have paid your Deposit, you will enter a 2-week cooling off period. To cancel your enrolment during the Cooling Off period you agree to send an email to the email address nominated within the Program with the subject line: ‘URGENT’ CANCELLATION REQUEST’ before 5pm on the final day of your Cooling Off Period. 

 

By following the above steps, you will be eligible to receive a full refund of your Deposit, less our Admin Fee. You will be responsible for diarising the relevant Cooling Off Period expiration date. We will send an email reminder [24] hours before the expiration of your Cooling Off Period but will otherwise not be held responsible if you fail to cancel your enrolment during this period.   

 

B. CANCELLATION AFTER COOLING OFF PERIOD BUT BEFORE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT DATE  

To cancel your enrolment after the Cooling Off period but before 30 days prior to the Commencement Date, you agree to send an email to the email address nominated within the Program with the subject line: ‘URGENT’ CANCELLATION REQUEST’ and agree and acknowledge that you: 

 a) will not receive any refund of your deposit paid to us; and  
b) will be required to pay a Cancellation Fee being the Pro-Rata amount of the Program Fees as per the calculator below.  

 

C. CANCELLATION AFTER COMMENCEMENT DATE  

As classes require a minimum numbers of students for viability, if you choose to cancel your agreement at any time during the term of your program for any reason, you acknowledge and agree that you will send an email to the email address nominated within the Program with the subject line: ‘URGENT’ CANCELLATION REQUEST’ and agree and acknowledge that you:  

a) will not receive any refund of your deposit paid to us; and  
b) will be required to pay a Cancellation Fee being the Pro-Rata amount of the Program Fees as per the calculator below. 

 

D. CANCELLATION DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS  

We note that the Program does not require any strenuous activity and is suitable for a range of fitness levels/capabilities including Pregnant people.  

 

If you are unable to continue the Program due to medical reasons, you agree to send an email to the email address nominated within the Program with the subject line: ‘URGENT’ CANCELLATION REQUEST‘ enclosing a copy of a doctor’s certificate stating you are unable to continue the enrolled program due to a new condition.  

 

If you cancel under this clause, you will not be entitled to a refund for any amounts paid (as you will have already received those equivalent services) but will be relieved from making any further payments from the date you provided the medical certificate.  

 

Pre-existing conditions which are known at the time you enter into this Agreement are not grounds for Cancellation due to Medical Reasons. If you have any concerns about your physical capabilities to complete the Program, please contact us immediately. 

 

E. CREDITS FOR ASSESSMENTS COMPLETED  

You understand and agree that if you cancel your enrolment at any stage before the completion of the Program, you will not obtain any part credits towards your qualification unless you commit to enrolling in the next Intake of the Program. You will be required to pay a new Deposit & relevant Pro-Rata amount of the Program Fees for the portion of the Program you have not completed.
