5 Yoga Classes: A mix of Hatha and Yin yoga to support your body and mind. Classes are trauma-informed and accessible to all capacities and levels of practitioner.

Mindful Activities: Guided morning walks and two innovative and interactive workshops on how to "live mindfully" with Mollie, as well as a unique "mindful floristry" workshop with Beth Moore of The Flower Trove, where you can curate your own take-home flower arrangement for yourself or another.

Relaxation and Recovery: Two Sound of Being™ sound sessions with Matty from Sound Healing Australia to promote rest and deep sleep.

Nature and Wellness: Swim in the freshwater dam or enjoy access to the magnesium pool, infrared sauna, and ice bath.

Mollie and Jala Yoga facilitated my retreat to Goa, India in 2019.
Both my eyes and heart were opened to the rich culture and experiences that India has to offer. I had an experience of a lifetime and even today I recall with fondness the time I spent in Mollie's care as she shared with me, her spiritual home.
