Jala Yoga : a grassroots movement housing a number of projects surrounding the practice of Yoga - for health and wellbeing; but also a platform to cultivate community and to create awareness + opportunity to change both our ways, and the ways of our politicians - for the ocean and its conservation. 

Mollie, founder of Jala Yoga, shares her knowledge and experience with the ancient practice of Ashtanga Yoga, amongst other Yoga and Buddhist practices whilst applying it to the modern world. Mollie hosts regular Marine Conservation events and workshops, using Yoga as the vehicle. She strongly believes that we cannot create any kind of external change, without first looking internally - healing and transforming our wounds to wisdom, and then walking toward becoming kinder, more compassionate and empathetic human beings with immense control over our minds and emotions.
