“Mollie is the most beautiful soul, she has this gift for making each client feel special and important. She provides you with the tools to strengthen your body in a safe way while allowing you to go deeper into your practice both physically and mentally. She always provides a safe environment, especially for those of us suffering anxiety and I am forever grateful for stumbling across her workshops a couple of years ago."

~ Kimmy

You know what you want to build. Getting it off the ground is the hard part.

Most people who finish our 350hr came to this work for a reason close to home. They've walked a path and want to help the people a little further behind on it. They want to build safe corners in the world for their people.

Then the business part arrives. Where do I start? What do I charge? Who am I to put myself out there? Who can I talk this through with?

I see it in every cohort. The nerves don't come from a lack of care. They come from how much the work matters to you.

The sticking points tend to look like this:

  • Self-belief, overwhelm and/ or not knowing what to start first
  • Feeling you're not experienced enough to charge the rate you're qualified to, or feeling bad charging for something that feels like purpose
  • Feeling a bit yucky about promoting yourself
  • No one to keep you in momentum when it gets quiet

None of that makes you bad at business.

It just means you need an accountability buddy and a community that cheers you on, so you don't feel so alone with imposter syndrome.

“I have worked with Mollie one on one with participants in Mental Health, bringing them to sessions with Mollie to learn and develop. In that time I have seen first hand her attentive, calm, caring, highly informed approach be so beneficial for them on every level. Mollie's knowledge and expertise intertwines with her compassion and understanding. I love seeing the impact Mollies yoga techniques and teachings have on participants. Truly highlighting her excellent yoga teacher qualities and moreover her endearing human qualities. Mollie always brings a non-judgemental, all-inclusive attitude to her work and participants report feeling more grounded, understood and regulated. Mollie's ability to guide participants through sessions that are tailored to their needs is unique and deepens the trust and connection participant's have with her and their yoga practice. Mollie is excellent at what she does and participants walk away from her sessions truly transformed.”

  • Individuals navigating mental health challenges like anxiety, PTSD, or complex trauma
  • Neurodivergent humans (including autistic people and those with ADHD)

  • NDIS participants looking for personalised, therapeutic yoga sessions

Mollie collaborates with allied health professionals to build practices that honour each client's values, lived experience, and capacity - providing a safe, regulated space for recovery and reconnection.

Mollie believes that so long as you can breathe a little bit, you can practice Yoga. The practice of Yoga & how it is taught should meet you where you are - not the other way around.

  • iRest Yoga Nidra (guided meditation for deep rest)
  • Nervous system education woven into practice
  • Stillness, supported rest, or quiet space to just be
  • Integration tools to use between sessions

You're never expected to perform, push, or 'do yoga' in a traditional sense.

"Mollie is extraordinary. She is amazing at what she does- trauma yoga, massage, counseling- and I’m sure with the other services she provides. Mollie is so knowledgeable, kind and attentive. She has brought so much light into my word and I can’t imagine not having her on my team of professionals. Jala Yoga is set in a safe environment with no feelings of judgement and true support. I cannot recommend Mollie more."
