The Jala Yoga® 350hr Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training, made available to people who are genuinely right for this work but up against accessibility barriers.

Why this scholarship exists
Every year, capable people decide this training isn't for them before we ever speak. Cost, timing, or a belief that they couldn't quite achieve this qualification. This scholarship is the answer to that. The right to be supported into this work is not something you have to earn.

What the training is
An accredited 350hr training (Yoga Australia & Yoga Alliance), clinician-led from start to finish. It sits closer to allied health professional development than a standard yoga course, with trauma-informed practice woven through every module. There is also a tonne of support if you are new to studying, or struggle with structured learning.
What the scholarship is
Access, not charity.
A tiered partial scholarship, between 20% and 50% off tuition. You choose the tier that honestly reflects your circumstances. A limited number of places are awarded selectively, based on genuine barrier and fit.
Who it's for
People who feel a real pull toward this work but have faced a barrier to training of this kind, whether financial, systemic, or personal. You don't need to be a seasoned teacher. We have PhDs sitting beside people who never finished year twelve, and that mix is on purpose - the collective learning experience is rich.
