Our resident Physiotherapist and Senior Yoga Teacher + Educator shares about the Jala Yoga 350hr Teacher Training. 

We are proud to bridge the gap between the western medical biosphere and traditional Yogic practices and philosophy.

Our team is made up of incredible allied health practitioners and yoga teachers with extensive experience in their fields, all of whom mentor each of our students towards being the best teachers and practitioners they can be. 

We offer a high quality, evidence based and trauma informed yoga education to 10 students per year, with courses running over the space of 10 months combining contact and online modules. 

Both 2021 and 2022 trainings s o l d  o u t.

Enrolments for 2023 are open June 30th 2022.
