Work with Mollie in a private setting to build your practice and base knowledge of Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama (breath) in preparation to undertake the Jala Yoga 350hr YTT. 

This Bridging Course is perfect for those who are new to Yoga, or those who want to be as prepared as possible for the YTT.
