Yoga Practice Videos

There are 5 practices taught by qualified Trauma Informed Yoga Teachers, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, ranging from 5-25 minutes designed to be accessible to anyone - from being pregnant, able bodied, injured to if you are in a wheelchair!

There are two breathing practices for you to use as a way to quickly regulate your nervous system, explained in a way where it is accessible to all levels of practitioner.

Guided Meditation Practices

Explore 5 different types of Meditation to see which resonates with you best. We cover the evidence based and trauma friendly methods of Loving Kindness, Mindful Awareness, iRest Yoga Nidra and Progressive Relaxation.

Who is this course for?

This course was intentionally designed to be able to support all walks of life (aged over 15 years), regardless of Yoga experience.

We have included Chair Yoga, with all practices having options for pregnancy, or pospartum mama's, high or low BP and various mental health experiences.

How long are the classes?

Each of the classes range from 5-25 minutes in an effort to give you quick practices, or a longer practice depending on what you have time for.
