Join Mollie on an exploration of the practice of Pranayama. 
She will guide you through several methods of breathing techniques used in yoga, and provide you with all the tools you need for a safe self practice.

Pranayama is the yogi’s best life-hacking tool to manage stress and be an efficient human being. 

This workshop is excellent for anyone who is looking to find peace within the mind, and optimise overall health and well-being.
