Join Mollie for the Backbending Masterclass where we explore techniques to ease discomfort and backbend safely - all specific to your own constitution. Learn drills specific to each area of the body utilised in backbending, with a focus on shifting stagnation + generating mobility through the spine via conscious movement and breathwork. 
Then relax in Savasana and enjoy a Lavender massage from Mollie and the Acoustic sounds of the guitar courtesy of Joe Preyer.

About Mollie - 

Mollie Cox is the founder of Jala Yoga, a movement dedicated to reconnecting individuals to themselves, and in turn to the planet. She facilitates many events and regular classes around the Gold Coast, including the beautiful Boheme and Body. She has extensive experience in holding space for the psycho-emotional and energetic transformation that yoga initiates, as well as a thorough understanding of the Anatomy of the human body and the way it moves. 
Molllie is a RYT-500hour yoga teacher with 3 years teaching experience and 10 years of practice, Qualified Body Work + Massage therapist with 8 years experience and an Environmental Activist/ Marine conservationist based in Burleigh Heads.
