Join Mollie Cox from Jala Yoga + Katrina Hahling from The Heart of Journaling for this collaborative, blissful journey of the Mind.

This 2 hour journaling, pranayama and yin yoga session (blindfold optional) will explore journaling to document the influence of pranayama and movement on your MIND.  

Using one simple journaling task you will observe the change in your mind before and after Mollie leads you through a sequence of pranayama and asana.  

We will venture through a morning of exploration, relaxation and confirmation that mindfulness helps in our day-to-day lives.  

You will;  
~ Learn a new journal writing technique (hint: it's super, super easy)  
~ Have two hours all to yourself to connect inwards (through writing, breath and body)  
~ Be surrounded by loving beings in a beautiful environment  
~ Leave feeling content, peaceful and happy (yep, we all know it's true!)  

Please bring:  

~ Your journal & pen  
~ Water bottle  
~ Comfy clothes (and maybe warm ones if it's going to be cold) 
~ An open heart & mind
