Yoga meets Watercolour

Have you ever played with Watercolour paint before?  

Watercolour paint is, in Mollie's opinion, the best form of meditation; the best form of therapy and expression.

Combine a Watercolour Expression Session with Yoga + Meditation (and yummy snacks).. and you have yourself a pretty lovely morning. 


Join Mollie for a Yoga class based around exploring the emotional body, and connecting it to our inner artist. You will practice Yoga Asana, Pranayama as well as partake in a Guided Meditation meeting everything you are feeling in that moment. 
You will then, without judgment, play and express, and transform those feelings with watercolour paint. 
Mollie will of course teach some basic techniques of Watercolour painting, however wants you to focus more so on finding a space of stillness and non-judgement in the mind. She wants you to experience the meditative effects that Watercolour Painting brings her daily :) 

When : August 5th at 10am ( 2 hours )

Investment : $25 + booking fee

Mollie will supply you with paint, paint brushes and 2 sheets of Watercolour paper. If you would like more paper, you are welcome to bring your own pad of Watercolour paper. :) 

All painting capabilities are welcomed with open arms. This is perfect for a beginner, all the way to advanced - purely because its not about the quality of the painting, but more so allowing the paint to improve the quality of your mind :) 

There will also be healthy snacks available. 

Bookings are ABSOLUTELY essential to ensure enough materials are available to go around. :)
